    Would you please tell me how the TMG training delivered, is it online, e-learning, and how much it would cost? Thanks so much for your time.

      This training is usually made as classroom training. At for example Labcenter in Sweden http://www.labcenter.se/lab/2034 it is SEK 19,600 for the three day class. But I also deliver this on-site at customers with various prices depending on number of students etc. I have not yet tried to do it as some kind of on-line/e-learning training, but if customer have hyper-v hosts to run the lab environment it might be possible to arrange as well.
